Another gorgeous day landed us back at the park flying kites again after watching the morning session of Conference together. The kids did a great job listening to Conference as they worked on their fun packets. Andrew and Peter enjoyed doing the word searches and coloring the Apostles and Prophets ties. Emma enjoyed coloring every picture in the packet.
After Conference was over we packed a yummy picnic lunch and headed over to the park to enjoy more kite flying, blowing bubbles, playing with frogs, kicking the soccer ball and just basking in the warm SUN. Emma couldn't get enough of me spinning her around and after a couple of times I realized that I am just not as young as I used to be. It never made me sick to spin like that before.
Today's kite flying was very different than yesterday's kite flying. The boys really got the hang of it and we had a pretty good wind going. They managed to get the kites in the air and keep them there for a solid 45 minutes. We just didn't want this day to end.
