Kalaloch . Day 2

We woke up early this morning and had a great pancake breakfast made by our fabulous daddy chef.
We quickly headed over to Beach 4 up the road to play and explore in the tidal pools while the tide was still low. It was a good thing we got there early during low tide because there were so many cool things that we saw. Peter and Andrew had so much fun climbing up and down and through the rock formations to find little tidal pools. Emma was happy to follow their lead but liked to stick close to my side. It was quite overcast when we got there but soon the sun came out and turned our skies blue. We found lots of starfish and plenty of sea anemone's and shells. We could have explore all day if the tide hadn't come in. We stayed for a while longer to watch the waves crash on the sand. The boys had fun racing the waves and trying to stay dry. It was a great way to end our fun camping trip to Kalaloch. We will definitely come back here someday!
